Red Agave Policies
Our cancelation policy requires that cancellations be made at least seven (7) days prior to arrival to receive a full refund. If a reservation is canceled within the seven-day window the full reservation amount will be charged.
Pet Policy
We charge $60 per pet per day. We have five pet-friendly units available. Three chalets and two studios. Please make sure to notify us in advance if you plan to bring your pet so we can ensure you are booked into a pet approved unit.
Check in
Our office is open from 8am-10pm 7 days a week. Our check in time is 4:00pm If you will be arriving after hours please notify staff in advance so we can ensure you receive your keys and and have proper access to your unit upon arrival.
Check out
Our standard checkout time is 11am. For guests who are part of an event or wedding, checkout is 10:00am
Return Guests
If you are a returning guest you may either call the office to book or use the coupon code FF10 at checkout to receive your Friends & Family discount.
Seasonal
Our pool is heated year-round and we also have two hot tubs available for guest use. The firepit is lit every evening weather permitting.
