We have an outdoor venue only (no backup facilities) which can accommodate 80-100 (maximum) guests in the courtyard for a ceremony/reception. The cost to use the courtyard is based on seasonal rates — contact the resort for more details. Courtyard fees include exclusive use of the stage, garden, courtyard, and fire pit for two days.

For events of 30 people or more, the entire resort must be booked. For events of under 30 people, at least six Chalets must be booked. The rates are $189/night for a studio and $289/night for a chalet. We have five studios (sleeps two) and nine chalets (sleeps up to five). All of the units have full kitchens, outdoor grills, a flat screen television, and the same amazing views.

A deposit is due at the time of booking and will be applied to the cost of the rooms and any fees. The deposit is refundable less a $200 cancellation fee if cancelled 60 days before the event. The deposit is not refundable if cancelled less than 60 days from the event. A partial refund may be issued if the resort is able to rebook the cancelled rooms. Any rooms reserved for the event outside of this contract are subject to our normal cancellation policy; these may be cancelled up to one week prior to the date of reservation for a refund of the deposit. All rooms must be paid in full at check in. Any unused deposit will be refunded the week following the event once all rooms and fees if any are paid.

The resort does not have public restrooms; one, preferably two units must be designated and clearly identified for your guests and wedding staff to use as a restroom.

Tents, live music, or a DJ are welcome if the entire resort is booked for a minimum of two nights for the event. Please limit tent size to 30 ft x 50 ft. In accordance with the Sedona Sound Ordinance, all music and noise must be under 70 decibels and be turned off no later than 10:00 pm; the celebration does not have to stop, but the noise and music has to come to an end. If law enforcement is called to the resort for a noise complaint more than once, the music will not be allowed to resume.

Relaxing quietly in the courtyard after hours is permitted, but is done so at your own risk. The pool and hot tubs will be closed and locked at 10 pm. The fire will be extinguished at 10 pm, no exceptions. If the fire is started after hours you will be charged $250.

Planning and coordination with outside vendors is the sole responsibility of the host. The resort is not responsible for set up or clean up for any events. Additional fees above that will apply if the grounds are not restored to their original state. This includes gathering all rental equipment and preparing it for pick up. The host is responsible for storing any rental equipment and the resort is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the equipment before, during, and after the event. The use of confetti, rice, bird seed or similar is not allowed. Please keep the use of flower petals to a minimum.

Alcohol is allowed on the premises but may not be sold on the property. Alcohol may not be served to any person under the age of 21.

Smoking is not permitted in or near any building and only in a designated area. Cigarette butts are to be disposed of properly.

All dishes, silverware, utensils, etc. found in the units are for use in the units. Anything taken out of the unit must be returned to the proper unit and washed before check out.
